About Ricos Cleaning
Independent, owner-operated cleaning across Austin & Central Texas, Mon – Sat.
Our Story
Ricos Cleaning Services is an independent cleaning business run by Maria Soledad Rico Velázquez out of North Austin, Texas.
Being owner-operated means you always know who to talk to. When you call (512) 968-7283, you reach Maria directly — the same person who cares about how your home, apartment, office or rental looks when the clean is finished.
We offer home cleaning, apartment cleaning, office cleaning, post-construction cleaning and Airbnb turnovers across Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Leander, Georgetown, San Marcos and Manor.
Every clean starts with a free quote, so you know the price before we begin — and every customer can ask about our 15% customer discount.
What We Stand For
Easy to Reach
Call or email and you reach the owner. If we are on a job, leave a message and we will call you back.
Respect
We treat your home or office like our own — careful with your belongings and respectful of your space and your time.
Details Matter
Baseboards, fixtures, inside the fridge and the corners of every room. The details are what make a space feel truly clean.
Reliable Scheduling
Monday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6 PM. We book a time that fits your schedule, so you can plan your day around it.
Our Mission
Give every home, apartment, office and rental a thorough, careful clean — so the people who live, work and stay there can walk in and feel the difference.
Our Promise
You get a clear, free quote before we start. You deal with Maria from your first call to every clean after it. And if something is not right, just tell us — we want to hear about it.
